Voxuria delivers custom-built services. Because every project is scoped and built specifically for your business, our refund terms reflect the nature of bespoke professional work.
If you cancel a confirmed project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made.
If you cancel a project that is already in progress:
Once a project has been delivered and accepted, no refunds are issued. We offer a post-delivery support window (7–30 days depending on your package) to address any issues with the delivered work.

Retainer (monthly) agreements may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. No partial-month refunds are issued on retainer fees.
